Kaizen Design began as an idea I carried with me for many years. I always knew I wanted to create something that helped people feel better in their homes, but life moved quickly, and I never quite managed to get those thoughts onto paper.
Then life changed for me and my children. We went through a challenging period and had to make a lot of adjustments. Eventually, we moved into a new home — a moment that should have felt like a fresh start. Instead, the property had been left in a terrible state, and standing there made me think deeply about how many people face the same situation.
How are people expected to live, rebuild, and feel settled when their homes don’t support them?
That moment is when Kaizen truly came to life.
